  • Refunds are not available for free trials or the Kickstart (free) plan.
  • Refunds may be denied if the account has been used extensively or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees or one-time service charges.
  • Third-party integration fees or app purchases.
  • Services used beyond the refund eligibility period.
