Refunds are available for Workzuite subscription plans under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription payment or renewal.
- Refunds are not available for free trials or the Kickstart (free) plan.
- Refunds may be denied if the account has been used extensively or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@workzuite.com with your account details and reason for the request. Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
3. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees or one-time service charges.
- Third-party integration fees or app purchases.
- Services used beyond the refund eligibility period.
