By accessing or using Workzuite’s website or services, including but not limited to our business management software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Workzuite provides a cloud-based platform for managing business operations, including CRM, accounting, payroll, HRM, and project management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use Workzuite’s services in compliance with applicable laws and not for any unlawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Workzuite offers subscription-based plans. You agree to pay all applicable fees as per your selected plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Paystack.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or for any reason, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software on Workzuite’s platform are the property of Workzuite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Workzuite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
